Detcon Model Series 700 industrial gas detection
sensors are a new generation of intelligent sensor
modules. This new level of environmental durability
includes an electropolished 316 stainless steel housing,
multi-layered transient spike protection circuitry
and 100% encapsulated electronics. The sensor electronics
are completely protected and immune to
water ingress and corrosion. The gas detector sensor
elements are all plug-in components and can easily
be replaced in the field.

Oxygen concentration in the sample gas stream is measured by

Model 3000ZA-XL Zirconium Oxide Trace Oxygen Analyzer
Teledyne manufactures a variety of oxygen analyzers utilizing
state-of-the-art technologies to monitor oxygen in virtually all
industrial bulk gases supplied by the air separation community.
To compliment our electrochemical fuel cell and paramagnetic
oxygen products, Teledyne has developed a zirconium oxide-based
(ZrO2) trace oxygen analyzer, the 3000ZA-XL, which can be readily
applied on inert, H2 / HC-free, gas streams. The unique, miniature,
amperometric-based ZrO2 sensor provides the operator with
unrivaled repeatability, responsiveness and stability.

8800 Series Trace Moisture Analysis Instrumentation
Accurate detection of trace levels of moisture has been a challenge to the process world owing to the fact that high
concentrations of water are present in the atmosphere; approximately 1% by volume in room air. Teledyne Analytical
Instruments is familiar with this challenge, having successfully developed one of the broadest lines of trace ppb / ppm
O2 analyzers commercially available. In developing our trace O2 line, we have had to contend with the fact that 209,000 ppm
of O2 is present in the atmosphere – ready to jeopardize the analysis of typically less than 1 ppm of O2. Teledyne is utilizing
50 years of expertise in detecting trace oxygen to produce a complimentary line of trace moisture analyzers – Series 8800. |

The 9060 provides standard programmable automatic calibration and auto-purge outputs. The user can program the cal/purge sequence to an alarm relay for external indication. The 9060 has also been designed with a probe diagnostic loop to continuously monitor for probe impedance to ensure the sensor is functioning properly. The electronics self-calibrates all inputs every minute. |
